Description of the problemGrinding/crunching type noise from the front end of the vehicle when going over bumps or dips. Noise can also be heard when driving on flat surfaces at low speed. Noise is definitely present when the vehicle is moving under 15 mph. Can be heard when the steering wheel is turned or straight. Customer suspects the suspension system on the right front side. Noise was first reported to dealership service department in february but service told me that they were not able to detect the noise. Noise continued to worsen. Took vehicle back to dealership service on 6/29/2020 for inspection of noise and was told on 7/1/2020 that they had been able to confirm the noise and that parts were ordered but had no available ship date and that they had to return the vehicle to me with the noise.
